FEATURES

Deep drawn container made of high tensile cold rolled sheet.
Welded with MIG welding to provide Minimum welding points to give attractive appearance.
Cylinder bodies are Hydro-Tested at pressure of 35 bar and Cylinder bodies are 100 % leakage tested.
Bodies under goes 8 phase of chemical treatment for phosphoting & anti-corrosion.
The epoxy powder coating of 50 to 90 micron thickness provides inner & outer surface of the body.
UFS cylinder bodies are under goes the tests like, Crushing test, pressure cycle test, and corrosion test.
UFS Cylinder bodies are designed in conformity with ISI .
